Refund policy

Due to the handmade, upcycled, and often one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

 

Exceptions

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a fault that is our responsibility, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel at:

We will gladly review the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund if appropriate.

To be eligible for a review:

• You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
• The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Clear photos of the issue may be required
